I like that it integrates well with our other systems, allows for easy communication between multiple departments within an organization as needed (such as HR/Payroll).

The interface could be more user friendly to new users who are not familiar with using online applications or social media platforms such as LinkedIn in particular. Also there needs to be some way of having your candidates fill out their application when they have already filled one up through another system which may cause you problems if someone has applied before them but hasn't been notified yet! You should use this platform since all employees need access regardless where we're located so its perfect from my point of view. It helps us keep track of applicants by department and also provides great feedback about how many people apply per day etc.,.
