I've only played one round with this racquet but I had a good 1-2 hours of practice with it before playing my first round. I saw an online video review of this club. and the guy showed me how to open the face of a stick when it's struck and that it's a great stick for that. It really worked for me too! Compared to chipping with my PW, this tests and allows you to be more aggressive with your chipping. My record in the first round was the best on the field and that was due to my chips and putts. I also practiced bunker shots. I used to only have a 64 degree wedge to get out of a bunker and obviously this baton was MUCH better for bunkers. I only had to get out of the bunker once on my first lap, but getting out was much easier. The only downside is the black finish. When hit from the bunker, the black trim disappeared. I'm fine with that, but if I had to do it again I would go for the silver finish.
