I started looking for ways to reduce my plastic footprint. This product is bottled in plastic, but #1 plastic, which is widely used in recycling programs, which is not the case with tubes. This little bottle also takes up less space in my medicine cabinet and is generally less messy than a tube of toothpaste. The mint flavor is fairly mild, with a slightly salty undertone of baking soda. It seems to clean as well as the pastes. It's a little tough, but not much worse than the pasta I've always opted for. Gel users may find this a more difficult adjustment. So far I'm happy with the change and recommend it to everyone.
