The head unit kit did not have the correct antenna connector, this helped
I replaced the head unit on my 2013 Prius and the antenna connector they sent me was the wrong gender. Wait, no: sex. Gender is a social construct. However! This connected to the car where the other couldn't and after soldering the "power antenna" wire on the head unit to the blue wire and plugging the thick plug into the big socket, the radio works great. Hooray! I never listen to the radio! But I hate it when things don't work the way they should.
- Antenna adapter helped with radio reception (AM/FM) but did not have a mount for another Sirius antenna. The wire in the connector has a round connector
