Not as much fluff as advertised.
Only about 2 inches of real fluffiness. I expected more. Quality collar and good color. My dog seems to like it. I am a small size and it fits her, she is a papillon/poodle mix about 22lbs. I definitely wouldn't have paid $20 for this collar if I knew it wasn't fluffy.
