The ability to create custom dashboards specific to our needs! Very responsive team, quick turn around times on all issues. It's not perfect but I am sure it will continue improving over time. We are now able to visualize key metrics in realtime and make better decisions about what we need to work on next when working remotely or out of office hours from home. This has improved efficiency dramatically. There isn't much I dislike so far except maybe some minor UI glitches here and there but nothing major. If you're looking at this product mainly because your competitor offers free plans then I would say go ahead even if your competitors offer good price too.
