I advise purchasing a mini if you have an extra 35+ thousand and want a little Apple gadget for comfortably consuming entertainment content, especially if you already own other Apple products. But you must realize that there may probably be some days when you don't utilize it at all. By the way, after using the original mini for seven years and experimenting with the iPad Air, I came to the conclusion that the mini model is the most practical. Separately, I want to bring attention to the Apple Pensil attachment. It is not cheap (purchased for $10,000), but it extends the capabilities. For instance, if you like to draw, this device really opens up if you use the right graphics, design, and other apps. Good fortune!
