My dog has a skin condition that has made his paws so slippery that he slides on the floor and has trouble getting up. Dog shoes are outrageously expensive and I think they would be too hot indoors. I bought him these and they are fantastic. Very elastic, very tough. They help Andy move without scratching Pergo. A size 3-5 will naturally fit his front paws, but they are a little tight on the back legs and cover his entire "heel". So I bought another set, this time a size 4-6, for the hind legs. They wash well and stay soft. I've used them for a while to hold wound dressings in place. If they got exudate or blood, I simply hand washed them with a bleach solution and the color stayed the same. Big!
