Safely under control. for meat
I dropped my old appliance in a hot appliance and when I got it out it was pretty fried. I got a replacement because the numbers on the reel looked weird and I didn't trust their accuracy. It has a different shape and is more secure in the hand. I had a chance to test the accuracy because Toasted started working! They are both legible to within a few degrees. I like this one best because it's a bit longer and feels more comfortable in the hand.
