Review on 🏬 Winsome Milan Walnut Storage/Organization - Set of 2 Small Units by Tina Brown

I should have known when I first ordered this item - 26th August 2013 I received 1 box of 3 baskets (ALL MATCHING) but NOT the cabinet. Eventually I called Revain and they said I had to return the baskets because they couldn't ship just the closet. So they sent me a shipping label and I re-ordered the exact same product which arrived 5 days later. Everything seems fine, the cabinet has been built, I opened the box of 3 baskets but THEY DO NOT MATCH. The long one was dark, 1 smaller one was dark, the other one was a natural - but it looked ridiculous. Called Revane AGAIN - and was told I had to RIP the cabinet, sending it back with the baskets as BOTH had to be returned. Question - WHY couldn't I just send the original baskets because you remember - THEY FIT. So now the 3rd time should be the attraction, right? You might think - ANOTHER CLOSET with 3 baskets was sent (1 day service) - which wasn't a deal breaker for me - but ok. I just got them and the first thing I did was open the baskets - guess what - 1 long darker one - 2 smaller ones - natural shade. The result of this EXIT - I'm done - they get terrible feedback from me because it will never be right. I just have to hide this shelf instead of putting it in the hallway as planned! I hope you have better luck than me! (I don't like to complain, but that was funny)!
