Failed to load media. Overall I am very happy with this printer. It's durable and has a small footprint, which I appreciate. It's really responsive (minimal delay from pressing the print button to printing) and the actual printing is very fast. My only criticism is that it's not exactly plug and play. It comes with a brief physical setup guide and a handy flash drive with a more detailed user manual, drivers, etc. The problem is that there are no instructions to help format the document (label) for actual printing. I went through a dozen labels before getting the print settings right. It didn't break me, but it was a bit frustrating and I can definitely imagine someone with less computer skills being overwhelmed.
