Review on Noctua NF-A8 ULN: 80mm Silent Fan for Ultimate Quietness - 3-Pin, Brown by Kenny Sanchez

Bought to replace my old CPU fan which sounded like a jet plane - it was so loud you could even hear it through headphones and had to raise your voice a bit when you were in nearby spoke monitor. Like other reviewers, I was shocked at how quiet the fan got when I plugged it in. I had to make sure it really worked! My processor is now on average 1-2 degrees cooler and almost silent.
