I started using this about seven months post surgery. The incisions were healed and had faded a bit, but were still reddish-pink and very noticeable against my otherwise very fair skin tone. This cream has a slight, nearly imperceptible (pleasant) scent, is non-greasy, goes on easily, and is very quickly absorbed. I've been applying it twice a day for just shy of a month.I can't say the scars haven't faded at all in the last month - but if they have, it's not by much. They're still very visible and (to me) look exactly the same. But there's no doubt that this cream leaves my skin feeling softer and more moisturized so I'm going to keep using it. I took some photos last week and will re-visit this review in another month or two.
