Review on Fusion Folding Chair by Picnic Time by Braden Bowers

Camping furniture ready for everything

I'm not a beach lover. I would probably enjoy the beach more if I didn't carry all that crap to the beach, but I digress. I only bought this chair to have fun at the beach. It didn't disappoint. Fair warning, the chair is busy. Look around and familiarize yourself with all buttons, zippers, etc. before unpacking. This will help you speed up the assembly and disassembly process. The chair is very solid, well made and dare I say beautiful. It says "I don't care if I'm here or not, I just want to be ready." I spent about 3 days right on the beach with this. I even managed to take a nap, which, judging by the chair, doesn't seem conducive to sleep. I passed out under my beach towel like it was a blanket and caught more than a tiny bit Zs. As you can see in the picture, most of the umbrella's shade was on the back. I'm pretty sure that's how it worked for me and I didn't want to mess with it. Like I said, not a beach person. I just put extra sunscreen on my feet and let go. You may not have this problem, and it's not really a problem, maybe user error. But if I wanted something different, it would be that. I packed my iPad and a couple of books in my beach bag and benefited a lot from having those things on the shelves. They're more comfortable than you think and the table snaps into place. Plenty of room for one of my cell phones, speakers, sunscreen, wet bar, etc. I didn't get a chance to test the cool bag extensively. I only used the external water holder and it kept my drink cool enough. The bag gives you extra storage space and I would honestly only use it as a cooler in a pinch. Most importantly, if you're carrying a chair on your back (which weighs about 12 pounds, give or take), you can easily pack the rest of your gear in the fridge to keep your hands and pockets free. I can't stress enough how efficient the storage options are. After the beach, I went to the Soldiers' House here in Washington to see the fireworks. I set up my chair and had a great time again. Alcohol, snacks, fireworks, wallets, keys, etc. Easy come, easy go. I couldn't imagine paying that much for a chair but I will justify my money. Legit can appear anywhere and be the most comfortable person there. Highly recommended!
