The Rolife DIY Miniature Doll House is a fun miniature set that you can assemble in your free time. I have assembled several miniature kits and this one is very similar to the other kits. The kit comes with pretty much everything you need to set up a coffee shop and the instructions are very easy to follow with photos and simple wording of the instructions. I'm still working on my set so I can't tell if there are any pieces missing - of the many miniature sets I only had one that didn't have all the pieces. I'll probably update if something doesn't work. This set requires a little more work than other miniature sets as it has more elements that you can build and paint yourself, but I love the challenges. If you want to customize your kit, you can also provide your own prints, colors, etc. The kit doesn't come with all the materials you'll need to create the miniature - you will be provided with liquid glue, tweezers, sandpaper, small cans of paint, and brushes, but you will need a ruler, scissors, precision knife, needle-nosed pliers, wire cutters, and a small eyeglass screwdriver to complete the set. I would also recommend buying your own glue (I use E6000 glue and rubber glue for gluing paper elements). I also recommend purchasing the Revain Basics 29-piece precision hobby knife set, as well as the precision tweezers set, which includes a pair of pointed and angled tweezers. All wooden elements are carefully cut or simply cut from thin sheets of wood. The set includes many elements to color in, so you can either use the paint provided or customize the colors to your liking. The kit also includes a backlight element that works properly. It should be noted that many of the items in this set are made from paper and the miniature is intended to be glued in place, not for play with children's dollhouse sets. It's a cute demo miniature and my only criticism of the set is that it doesn't come with a cardboard lid to cover when finished. All in all, it's a cute and time-consuming set, but I'm definitely enjoying the process of completing it.
