Product received - looks good. I have used many visi-therm products in the past and sooner or later I managed to break them when they were taken out of the water while hot and I forgot and the glass cracked. Anyway, I managed to heat a keg of water that I used to recycle hot water and it didn't even change the temperature of 40 gallons of water more than 5 degrees, even after a night's work. I spent the extra money to buy a more industrial product - the heater can work great in aquarium conditions; but I had to be honest and share my disappointment at how much heat it gave off for the purpose I intended it to be when I bought it.
