This scraper is very well made and comes with accessories for hanging in the shower. Unfortunately, the handle is not very well made. My wife thinks the pen is too small for her hand. I can use it by holding the mop with my fingers on the shaft of the handle and keeping the tip of the handle away from my hand as the sharp tip of the handle wants to dig into my palm. The handle attaches to the mop with two screws on the bottom of the mop, so the attachment point is thick. If, while holding the bar with my fingers, I try to keep the tip of the handle clear of my palm, the handle's attachment point will scratch the surface being mopped. My solution is to arch my arm so the bottom of the handle doesn't touch the glass. The best solution would be to redesign the pen to be larger and with a rounded tip.
