Of course the best part compared to the plethora of chopping boards on the market are the colours! In a sea of matte white, black, silver or gray utensils, these cutting boards stand out from the crowd. When you need a cutting board, it's easy to find and use. No more searching for that damn cutting board to salvage a granite kitchen countertop. In terms of durability, it's solid and gets the job done. The lack of non-slip material on the bottom is the only downside, but I haven't had any issues with it slipping during use. The weight is good and prevents slipping. Takes a knife cut well and leaves no marks after use.
