When the pandemic hit and the gyms closed, I had to run outside on the sidewalk instead of on shock-absorbing treadmills. Within a month it started wreaking havoc in my womb. I lasted almost 2 years, just running less frequently, but my knees were still sore, swollen and emaciated. This shoe solves about 90% of these problems. Due to the larger footprint, they need some time to get used to. It feels like I'm wearing clown shoes even though the souls are only half an inch from the base, but that extra surface area is crucial to dispersing the impact on my feet. I can 100% recommend these shoes.
