I got them because I often use pods to make a quick cup of coffee or espresso. I like to add sweetener, and I was on the spoons very quickly. I saw them and I liked the concept. The local coffee shop used them as stirrers and they really added to the elegance. Unlike other reviewers, mine arrived safe and sound. The price is amazing - if my calculations are correct, it's less than a cent per stick. The bamboo is smooth to the touch and the sticks are slightly oval in shape - if you look lengthwise from the end you will see that they are shaped like a soccer ball. I've attached a photo to show what I mean. This is such a perfect mixer and the price is amazing. Highly recommended.
