Cats need their own space where they can get up and walk, look around the room and have some privacy. I love the idea of a cat shelf but hate the idea of ugly shelves in our living room. Then I saw them and thought they were beautiful works of art just the way they are. I sell my own art for a lot more than what I paid for it so I think it was a good deal plus the added bonus that they are cat shelves too. I'd love to share better photos, but our home is being renovated. I'm so glad I got these sturdy shelves for our cats.
