I bought these for my husband while he was recovering from heart surgery. He wore these and most. They're roomy enough to be comfortable, but not baggy, so he has to adjust them constantly. Even the buttons on the shirt didn't interfere with the cut in the chest. From my point of view, I love how easy they are to wash and dry without wrinkling. He loves the fact that he's comfortable and doesn't mind if anyone sees him in it, he feels like he's dressed appropriately. And I have to agree that they look neat and tidy.
