The only cable that came with it was HDMI. It runs at 120Hz, which is 120 frames per second. If you want to experience 144Hz, you need a Displayport cable that can handle 144Hz. By the way, there are no speakers. And it's amazing for gaming because I just switched from a 60hz monitor with a 2013 laptop to a pc with rtx 3060 so I really like 120hz.
