Don't waste your money on this
I've been taking it for a few days now. One tablet in the evening before bedtime. I eat less (kinda satisfies my hunger) and drink more water. feel different somehow better. Since taking it I've eaten half of what I normally eat and now it's only a few bites and I feel like I don't want to eat anymore. Very interesting.
