I’m a busty (14) XL (made in China). This fits perfectly as a Shaket or with a very thin bottom lyr. I could have also bought an XXL for a loose tunic/ jacket fit. The arms are perfect and the length just right for skinny jeans or leggings. For the $, excellent buy. Hoping it washes up well. I would like a few more colors and maybe a XXL for thicker layers or to wear open.
