Review on Get Creative With SUNLU Multicolor 3D Printer Filament Bundle - 8 Colors, 2Kg, 1.75Mm, Vacuum Packed Spools by James Mayfield

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Same issues as everyone else. THIS IS NOT SUNLU PETG, it is PETG-G (whatever that is)

I don't know what PETG-G is, but it is NOT PETG. I have purchased and printed over 20 spools of SUNLU PETG and it works flawlessly. However they went out of stock a few months ago, and removed the listing for the product I've always used. This came up in stock and I ordered it only to find the print quality is AWFUL with normal PETG settings. I've tried two different spools and got the same results. I still have a spool of the "good stuff" from SUNLU and print flawless prints using the same GCODE and machine. I've contacted SUNLU and they assure me it is the same product, but I am now 100% confident that it is not. Now that they have "PETG" back in stock at a different price. If you drop the print temp to 230 it prints very nice, but at the normal PETG temps it strings like crazy.
