Review on 💧 Guardian by Elexa Water Leak Detection and Prevention Kit: Fast & Easy Water Damage Prevention – No Tools or Invasive Plumbing Needed by Christian Bar

I have 3 of these for different households and physically they work great and much better than other affordable brands I've tried. But they have 1 new beta and 1 old app and the one I tried will never communicate with their device after a few hours. The second one did, but it also doesn't let me have more than one device, so I can't control the second home. Communication with support is terrible. You need 3 to 12 days to reply me in 30 seconds. It looks like they use a third party support company for this. They also don't answer their phone number that they give you when you buy it, it just rings. When we finally got their replies, they were very nice and it worked, but it took over a month. I still recommend this product because it is the best valve controller and it comes with 1 or 3 leak detectors (depending on the model) and once you set up the app to work with them everything works very well.
