Couldn't be happier! Came exactly as described, and not only included rope, but the rope was pre-cut in 4 pieces. I wish I would have bought the mounting kit with it as well, but one trip to the local hardware store, and I had it mounted. When reviews advise getting turnbuckles for mounting, take heed. The rope and fabric will stretch, and require you to tighten it back up every couple of days until it's "worn-in". I've had it up for a little over a month now and have received many compliments from the neighbors. As of today, 3 of them have ordered the exact same sun shade. We have had 2 heavy thunderstorms since I put it up, and like others have said, the water will pool in the middle when the rain is heavy. Definitively worth getting!
