Good vacuum and customer service

This is an updated review. First I got the device that had the problem; Customer service contacted me and sent me a replacement which is now working very well. They also contacted me several times to check if the vacuum cleaner is working properly. I like the suction power, the big trash can and the water tank. Navigation is accurate and the app is easy to use.
