Review on Dorman 095 149 Aluminum Drain Gasket by James Cash

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Gaskets worked fine

I have changed the transmission fluid for my 99 Camry 4 times in the last 2 months after years of neglect. For the first time with an old seal. Bad idea! Liquid was leaking everywhere. Then the second time I changed the fluid, replaced the gasket with one from the dealer, there is no leak. But this gasket cost me $3.50. Since then I've used these Dorman pads twice, they've worked well both times, they haven't leaked. Dorman gaskets are thinner than dealer ones, a little over half the thickness, but I don't mind as long as they work, and they're a lot cheaper.
