Installation was very easy! Looks beautiful and the quality is fantastic. However, we were very disappointed when we had some issues with the features, thinking that they would not be solved because they were shipped from far away and the price alone seemed too good to be true. We contacted support via email, our rep was Michael, he's fantastic! He replied in less than 24 hours. And when I was late he replied within a few minutes due to the time difference. After trying to fix the problem with some instructions from him, he found that it was a part that needed replacing and would ship it with the new remote control. Although it was all via email, both my husband and I appreciated his professionalism and kindness, which came through loud and clear. Now we are waiting for you and we are sure that this will solve all problems. We just received our new engine. Everything works perfectly. Be sure to fully charge the motor before connecting the remote controller. Once it was fully charged, I connected the remote and set the upper and lower limits in less than 2 minutes. Michael in customer service was phenomenal. All problems are solved.
