Many reviews mentioned balancing issues. After a recent woodworking accident, I was extra cautious and felt the reviews were user error. However after receiving the racquet and seeing the added yellow paint and an unbalanced washer holding the top bearing and a few other differences from the pictures. I won't take any chances. I will come back for another brand. I'm giving two stars because I can't comment on actual ease of use, so I'm guessing my rating is QA.
