Review on 😴 SleepRight Dura-Comfort Dental Guard: Stop Teeth Grinding with this Effective Mouth Guard by Robin Nelson

I've been using this brand for 8 years since my dentist advised me to try an over-the-counter night cream before spending a lot of money on a custom made one. I was a oooooooooooooo hard grinder and I ate my first pair pretty quickly. I used the company's exchange policy and was very happy with how easy it was. I used them when I went to physical therapy to work on my TMJ and train my body to relax - and now I change my nightwear every year. I find this brand comfortable, easy to wear, easy to clean. I have a big mouth but also a terrible gag reflex and I've found many brands that just didn't work for me. This one was perfect! I also used a thinner version which would be nice for those with smaller mouths but they aren't as strong as this look. This is the perfect product to try before you spend the big bucks on a custom made night guard from your dentist.
