Advertised as submersible but it is not!

These lights looked fantastic after they were installed. A huge improvement over the incandescent bulb. The problem arose after the boat trailer was lowered into the water only twice. I noticed one with multiple diodes and found there was about 1/2-1 inch of water in it. Another flashlight had all diodes working, but had the same amount of water in it. The two headlights I'm talking about are 6 inch oval assemblies of taillights, brake lights and turn signals. They are advertised as submersible but clearly are not.
