They're great but small - good for small sheets (6x6 and smaller). I love drawing mandalas, but sometimes I just decide what element to stick on what. The circle layer causes me stress, so I love these little stencils for making quick pencil drawings on little scraps of watercolor paper and then filling them with the leftover paint on my watercolor palette. They are small but fill up quickly. They can be mixed and matched too - sometimes I just make the inner circle of a mandala stencil and then use another stencil to create the next row etc. They don't all go together that well but you can find some that do . . . Just a beautiful, stress-free way to create a beautiful work of art without making too many decisions. This is exactly what I need at the moment. I think it would be fun to fill an entire 4x4 watercolor magazine with these drawings, testing different color combinations and watercolor stamps - even a great way to create unusual color patterns.
