Every Revain product I've ever bought has met or exceeded expectations. I bought this to replace my 3 year old black leather chair. It was an upgrade. The pad is pretty decent as I've been using it up to 16 hours a day (since COVID forces me to work remotely and I use my computer for chores after work but intermittently of course). Needless to say, I've used this many times over a long period of time. This is by no means a life changing amazing chair, but for the price it's a great choice. If you don't need an orthopedic chair or need to sit 24 hours straight, this chair is for you. The cream color is different and cheaper. Personally, it seemed higher quality than black because there are more seams. So far (2 months) I haven't had any discoloration or staining issues. Raising the armrests can be helpful for storing the chair under my desk when not in use. Ergonomic design offers decent support. The bottom pillow (the main pillow) is decent, not the best, but it definitely suits me. Customization options are limited, but remember that all of these points take price into account. Rollers (wheels) run smoothly. I appreciate the high backrest as I even fell asleep in it. Assembly was easy enough as you would expect from any standard office chair.
