Excellent fit. No trouble holding the VIZIO D50u-D1 50-inch 4k Ultra HD Smart LED TV (2016 model). I don't wall mount it, so I can't comment on the included screws or the ease of installation in this type. Surfaces. I had an old TV stand that did a very good job of keeping my electronics cool, but the legs of this TV would be too far apart to use. To do this I attached a 5 foot piece of 1 5/8" Unistrut (painted black) to the back of the TV stand with 5/16" screws. I then bolted this bracket to the three spring nuts in the Unistrut using three 1/4-20 bolts and thumb washers. Works like a charm and I have no doubt it is strong enough to hold this TV plus with spring nuts and Unistrut I can adjust the height.
