I had my headlights on for a year before the driver's side marker light on my bulb melted and burned out. (I drive my truck about 5,000 miles a year and it sits in a garage and I don't drive this truck very often at night (it's my tractor)). It looks like several people have had the same problem. I took photos and sent everything the customer service department asked for and we continue for 6 weeks and only one reply said; they need more information without explaining what else they need. So I re-read the warranty details and resubmitted the claim 2 more times (2 weeks apart) and got NO response. They obviously have problems with light, like many people who have had similar problems. Obviously they won't fix it either. Not happy with customer service or DNA products. The light looked good on the truck but failed to do its job. Very disappointed with customer service.
