I give two stars for several reasons. I actually lived in China for 3 years so I knew what I was buying. They are made of thin, flexible felt material. They are not made of paper or plastic. You also have to assemble them, there are no instructions in the kit and a vague vague indication of where to find the instructions. I could never find it. I ended up putting them together by looking at the pictures and playing around with them. If you're not good at it, you'll probably get it back before you get very far. There are a few parts that need to be cut or are not well cut at the factory. A lot of trash. They send tons of rings, often more than you need. One of the lantern-shaped decorations was actually missing a whole piece, so I can't even complete it. At least they look good. Being made from this cheap felt material I'm not sure they will be good year after year. In truth, this is the same thing people buy in China for about the same price. If you want something higher quality, you have to pay for it.
