Review on Reminisce Dickens Victorian 39" Skirt Cape Sash by Vincent Bain

This is beautiful. I wear it quite frequently especially now that it’s winter. It’s perfect for wearing over extra petty coats it keeps a beautiful shape and I stay toasty warm. I do honestly think the belt is better left off but that’s because I can’t get it to look right which could be do to my body shape. I do also notice the hem lays a little unevenly but that’s going to be a thing with extra fabric and more weight where it’s gathered. Still worth 5 stars to me plus the blue is soooo pretty!
