Required to play 30 pin iPod in Mini Cooper

I was trying to use an old iPod in a Mini Cooper I bought. It doesn't work with a regular 30 pin USB cable like in my other car. The Mini Cooper required this adapter and it worked great. This allows you to control your iPod via your car radio.
