Review on Propel Star Wars Quadcopter Collectors Camera & Photo by Shannon Saunders

I bought 2 of these, one works great, the other never worked (it took off badly and drifted off and then fell out of the sky for no apparent reason). I contacted support and they told me that while the drone never worked properly, the best they can do is send a spare motor that I can replace myself. I was disappointed with the customer service but figured I could do it. The problem is that after 10+ email exchanges asking them the same questions I still haven't received a replacement motor and it's been over a month. The whole point of these drones is that they can be fought, but if one of them doesn't work right away, there's no way to fight.
