I have other diapers and blankets that I like to use but these are great. They're great for a quick emergency wipe when baby spits up. They are thin, light and a good size. As for changing the baby, my baby was born small and still pulls out easily. But I'll tell you what they're good for; a light blanket or go outside. Of course, my baby still winces in the bright light and I can't just throw a thick baby blanket over it in the summer. But these? Ideal. Due to their thinness, they are easily breathable in the summer heat and don't keep my baby warm, but I can block the light from those sensitive little eyes by covering them lightly over my head. Worth buying.
