Not Bad, Not Good for Powder
This pre-workout powder is nothing special. I've taken dozens of these over the years and they're medium sized, maybe a bit taller just for the decent taste. My container was clearly exposed to moisture as I had to scoop it out with a spoon every time. It's been a huge lump since the day I opened it.
