Bought 3 of these October 2018 brand new. The VOIP provider said they don't offer that, but helped set it up as best they could. Most things never worked properly. GS customer support is terrible. Purchased a new VOIP provider that allows you to use your own devices. 3 different companies said they don't allow/support GS products because there are too many issues with them. Went to another vendor (ZOOM) and bought Polycoms. Poly was way better than GS. Programming and preparation was not difficult, and the quality of the phone has improved significantly. We bought the 250 for double the price of that GS. You get what you pay for. Note. I have a GX1630 on e-bay and it's been reduced to $20/phone and after 4 weeks of re-posting it's still NO. That should tell you something. Stay away from GS. Buy Poly, Cisco or Yealink. Poly is what I suggest after speaking to many IT professionals.
