Budget IP Phone

Operation and performance are quite good. Good value for money. Potential design improvements The rounded handset stand makes wall mounting difficult. With the wall bracket, the handset keeps falling down when you hang up, since catching the handset brake takes a bit of getting used to. The build is similar to the other Grandstream we have. All cables must be disconnected to switch from desk to wall mount or vice versa.

Don't waste your money

Bought 3 of these October 2018 brand new. The VOIP provider said they don't offer that, but helped set it up as best they could. Most things never worked properly. GS customer support is terrible. Purchased a new VOIP provider that allows you to use your own devices. 3 different companies said they don't allow/support GS products because there are too many issues with them. Went to another vendor (ZOOM) and bought Polycoms. Poly was way better than GS. Programming and preparation was not…
