The product arrived without brackets and fasteners. I immediately contacted nilight through their website and explained that I had not received the hardware and had no response. I suddenly started getting marketing emails so I know they got them. I called their customer service and got an unprofessional "hello" response (looks like they were calling someone's personal cell phone). This person asked me to email Nilight Customer Service with order details. I emailed last Wednesday with all the information including a screenshot of the order and my phone number in case they have any further questions. I have had no reply or email and when I tried calling support again today it went to voicemail. The voicemail system is not their own, it's a "service" as you have to re-enter the phone number, it's a service. They advertise 24/7 customer service, that's a joke
