The most helpful feature is the reporting, both for sales reps and executives. It gives us insight into the state of our business, including marketing efforts, revenue, and revenue per account. It's easy to set up and use, but it can be a bit clunky on mobile devices. The interface is a little difficult to read on the go. Great platform for keeping track of marketing spending and results. The reporting helps us make sound business decisions and optimize overall marketing efforts. We're making good progress on improving our ROI. I love that it's easy to use and doesn't require any coding or tech knowledge. The ability to have multiple tabs open at once is great too! There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing major. We used this tool in conjunction with HubSpot CRM so we could easily track our campaigns as well as see what was happening within each campaign. This allowed us to make changes quickly and effectively without having to go back into our email accounts to check up on things.
