My money wasted, product is terrible.

Bought for my son as a Christmas present. We opened the box - the front wheel separately from the scooter. On all pictures and documents it should be in place. Everything would be fine, but the mount . is missing in the kit! The same situation with the leg, on which it rests during parking, is separate and there is no fastening! "Thank you" for ruining the holiday for the child. Why do this, I don't understand.
