I really expected something different when I received this product. When it arrived it was a handful of PVC pipes that hadn't been cut properly. 16 inches doesn't sound like much, but when you look at the safety factor, it really counts. And the suction cups were stiff and even broke when I ran them under hot water to make them more flexible. The suction cups were not placed evenly on the base, in fact 1 suction cup was almost completely screwed to the side of the other 3 so it never got stuck on my shower wall. Overall this is a little disappointing, it definitely makes me think twice before buying anything online for my pets.
